| An exciting overnight canoeing journey on the River
Spey, in our very stable 2-man open Canadian canoes. Enjoy spectacular
mountain views as we paddle through the Cairngorms
National Park. The first few miles are on gentle, almost flat
calm water before the river picks up speed towards the end of Day
1.Camp overnight at a magical secluded location on a ‘secret
island’ in the middle of the River
Spey. Your guide will cook you a delicious evening meal that many
restaurants would envy! After dinner, the day will end with everyone
relaxing around the campfire with a wee dram.
This trip involves 5 hours of gentle paddling on the first day
followed by 2½ hours the next morning. Please be aware that
the overnight camp is very much in the wild and there are no toilet
facilities. What a fantastic adventure!
